Even in craziness of a big city there is always a place for love! On one of the busiest crossings of Chinese city Chengdu there is a pedestrian path with unusual drawing: conventional white stripes are turned into two hearts and words “I love you”.
The transport department of Chengdu that came up with this beautiful idea wrote in press release: “We would like everyone stepping on this pass to feel love and warmth of their hearts.”
This romantic pedestrian crossing is the only one in the world. A lot of love couples are crossing it to meet each other as the crossing is placed near by Hejiang Pavilion that is a popular place for dating among Chengdu residents.
